The Felco 31 Anvil Pruner is an anvil pruning shear like no other. The Felco 31 Anvil Pruner has a design which is the result of intensive research and development of anvil technology. An improved version of the Felco 30 in as the cavity geometry of the adjustable anvil blade has been designed to allow lining up the cutting blade with the anvil blade. After each sharpening, the anvil can be re positioned and correctly adjusted. The Felco 31 Anvil Pruner's  cutting blade is beveled on both sides for easy clean-cut pruning. Handles on the Felco 31 Anvil Pruner are forged from robust aluminum alloy and are ergonomically shaped. Brass anvil.
